A lifelong Connecticut resident, Erin was born and raised in Burlington. She is a graduate of Kingswood Oxford School in West Hartford and Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. With over 20 years of real estate and housing experience, Erin brings a unique and compassionate perspective to her work. As a former Director of Housing Programs for homeless shelters in Hartford, she helped individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges find stability through housing. While she remains active in her community and continues to advocate for those in need, Erin now uses her deep understanding of real estate, marketing, and the value of homeownership to guide clients toward achieving their family and financial goals.
Erin feels that homes are an anchor of our existence as well as a foundation for wealth and growth. This is the passion that lead her to opening her own company to better assist others in elevating their lifestyle.
Meet Ryan
Ryan was born and raised in California, where he lived until after college. A proud graduate of Placer High School in Auburn and Sierra College in Rocklin, he excelled in football and developed a strong work ethic that would carry into his professional life. After college, he began working in construction, met Erin, and moved to Connecticut to start a life together. They settled in West Hartford, where Ryan transitioned from a laborer in the construction field to a sales role. He eventually became a project manager, leading a bridge-building company. For the past 15 years, he has overseen bridge replacement projects for the state and local municipalities.
Alongside his full-time career, Ryan earned his real estate license and partnered with Erin on evenings and weekends while raising their two daughters. It was during this time that his interest in real estate grew into a true passion. Ryan believes a home is more than just a place—it’s the foundation for your future. He feels honored to help clients build wealth and improve their lifestyle through real estate.
Above all, Ryan loves being a dedicated father and takes pride in being actively involved in his daughters’ lives and loves coaching their sports. In his free time, he enjoys cheering on his favorite team, the San Francisco 49ers, grilling and barbecuing for friends and family, and tending to the bountiful gardens he’s cultivated with his green thumb. His dedication, experience, and passion are what make him a trusted guide on the path to real estate success.
